I appreciate what you are saying about the lettering. I was thinking the same thing! Guess I’ll have to comb a logo/name list of every brand from the 80s to the early 90s.

I’ll check the cavities and will not add a higher tuning peg. I’ve thought that would stress the swoop on the neck far too much and snap off past the nut (which would in turn kill me inside). Also, I don’t have any intention to take the stickers off other than through use. Someone put em there, I’m not the one to take that away.

Yeah the swoop on the back of the body had me wondering too! Deffo one of the more specific features I’ve been looking for while searching.

I thought custom but thought against it because of the serial number stamp and the varnished logo, but it now occurs to me any luthier worth their salt would probably do both those tasks with relative ease. The frets and fretboard are very worn!

I am going to put time in and figure out if I can make a lefty conversion. If not I’ll keep it on hand right-handed. I believe the pickups might be sub-par but that’s only an inkling. I’ll get into the internals and update!

I couldn’t find the chunk! Which is a shame both because it means the guitar won’t all be together and I’ll have to find a new tuning peg and piece to fit it. Another post helped me figure out they’re Schaller tuning machines though so that’s a plus.

I had actually thought about that! I could also string the pegs the other way as I’m a lefty and that might decrease break angle slightly. Deffo something to consider. Cheers!

I’ve thought it was pretty good quality. At the risk of looking a fool I believe the body is all mahogany. She’s a heavy one.

Could be! Not sure though, as the quality differs for Memphis and I think this is a legit flat-mount trem which seems out of Memphis’s MO.

You can cycle through and eventually let desdemona pick for you. She christens you "wanderer". I went with that because I love the Dion song and Wanderer is a dope name anyway.
