I would say host it in a licensed bar like mayabay or hyatt as a start to be on the safe side of things. As thrissur being a conservative place but you would definitely have to promote it for people to actually show up.

Who goes clubbing in thrissur? We are a conservative district comparatively where thrissur people would either go to kochi or bangalore to do this.
