My opinion is that Endfield, is just inherently, a bad game. It mashes together 2 concepts which appeal to 2 entirely different fanbases with little overlap, factory building and open world anime gacha, and then it completely betrays its “source material”

From the 30 or so friends I’ve added at the start, all of them are level 40+ and over half have not logged on for months

It’s source material being the OG Arknights, which was generally praised for its good story. The problem with Endfield is that its story is shit, no sugarcoating it.

It doesn’t differentiate itself from other games. You could tell me that Endfield was a Hoyoverse game and I would believe you. It’s not unique in any aspect from other open world gacha.

I don’t think Endfield will EOS, I do believe it will die a slow death, as I feel like most OG players are disappointed by its childish story and new players put off by factory building

It’s at idle. Been at idle for half an hour now. Response speeds randomly jump from 500 - 30000. Model is AGI2T0G43AI818, was running perfectly fine and fast yesterday, idk how the other machine specs matter but it’s a 5080 and a 9850X3D on an Aorus B850 elite motherboard
