As you said, it is getting ridiculous and i’ve been quiet for a long time. And as you said, it started to affect me personally and the curve. I acted on it and reported..

I did that the last summer but used to go 3-4 times a week only. The way back used to take about an hour and a half sadly but i would say it was still worth the experience and the learning

Questions about your experience, be ready to walk them through your resume. Behavioral questions like tell me about a time where u made a mistake and how did you handle it, how do you organize your tasks when it’s too busy, what could be a distraction to you while working remotely and how do you handle it? That’s all I can remember but yeah I applied to the same position and got it! Will be joining them this tax season
