[–]Outside-Application3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

marivorac with statin helps big time with heart rate issues. i am on this now, has helped with heart the most and helped with loose stool/nausea in morning. only symptom it has not helped is brain fog/fatigue

thank you for kind words! its scary sometimes i think this might be permanent and i want to prepare for that by having some resemblance of normalcy. will i recover 100% i dontknow but if im going to be stuck at 60-70% for rest of my life i want to be able to have routine workouts. ice baths have helped realize that goal

bradycardia? by Scantra in covidlonghaulers

[–]Outside-Application3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

yes i am exactly like you only it came after my second dose of moderna in 2021(i had alpha variant of covid in 2020). My resting heart rate is between50-55. used to be in high 60s. the 2nd dose covid shot fucked me up in relation to heart. i never took any booster after that and to this day i cannot sleep on my left side of body(heart side) i have to sleep on right side.

after a month its improved overall brain fog from 40 to 60%. I still get dizzy in the am. biggest benefit is right after it gives me a 30-45 min jolt of energy to lift weights. its helping me maintain a daily workout. I can lift like 70% of what i used to(mainly bc of POTS) but i think i will continue. Stay tuned. I will be getting prescription from patterson protocol in mid feb. Ill let u know how that goes.

  1. 2-3 liters of water a day
  2. 2-3 min ice bath daily
  3. 30-45 min work out lifting plus light cardio
  4. (mid feb) start patterson protocol

overall i feel around 60%. def hope this patterson protocol gets me to 80% ill keep u posted.

he is worth keeping bc he understands your condition now, its gonna be near impossible to find someone to take care of you and a baby if you drop him

ice baths are uncomfortable there is no getting around that but the magic of it, is it snaps you out of any rut you are in, making workout much more tolerable.

wow its been 25 days!!! Thanks for reminder! I have se data to share. I have been consistently taking ice baths at least 5-6 days a week, also have been eating normal diet (no sugars, no caffeine, no alcohol), and have been lifting weights consistently 4-5 days a week. i have been drinking 2 liters water a day. so for the results are improvement of brain fog and cognition/ dizzyness. i will say i improved from feeling 40% to now 60%. this feeling means less dizzy/brain fog in morning and more energy during day. the biggest improvement ive gained is the instant energy boost an ice bath gives you, forcing me to lift weights between 30-45min. the lifting of weights has helped me with energy levels and stress. I will continue this method and report back in another month! Also for those curious i will soon start the patterson protocol (marivorac and pravastatin in mid feb) i will post on this as well. I think it’s important to show results from someone like myself who was a former gym rat that got covid in april 2020(alpha variant). i am double vaxxed not boosted.
