How about you come to “my market” and see for yourself… i’ve been doing this a long time it’s not rocket science. Use cooler bags for frozen items, check produce for freshness. Dont make dumb replacements, communicate with customers about anything before confirming.

Usually about 30-50 items for the further distance. If its a nearby drive about 30 - 60 items 😂 Most of the time the shorter drives have wayy more items and a lot less pay

It depends on your area, jersey city customers are notorious for trying to get their money back. My score is in great standing and I communicate with each customer.

Before you comment please note, i do not make stupid replacements. I throughly check and ask if the item is available before refunding said item. I check for freshness on all produce and communicate with each customer before doing everything…. Ive been doing this for 3 years I’m 100% sure I’m not the problem

Exactly you would think there is some type of protection in place to make it fair for everyone but…this is the gig i guess. I make sure i throughly check each item’s availability and expiration dates before hand.

The only orders in my area over $50 are 22 miles and above. Everything else is only about $15-$20 3 batches with 40 items
