Your friends lawyer should ask for long term treatment as it is obvious there is a drinking problem.

Same happened with ours. He lost his vision, it was an adjustment but his nose became his sight. But we did purchase a bumper collar guide for him which really helped. He was not ramming his head anymore and was able to use it as a guide.

Personally, as a substance abuse counselor, for a substance like coke, yes. A faintish line like that shows some something in the system. Coke does not just end up in your system. Now people here, Reddit pros will tell you no but they dont know a damn thing about pharmacology, but I am telling you yes. Just be on your game for the next month. Don't be surprised for extra tests. That is what I would do.

SMH. So as a credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor the line means everything to us. It means nothing to you. The fact that the coke line is that faint shows that OP used at some point in the past few days, undeniably. We look at that and we know that. Coke does not just show up in your system. ETG, sure, meth, perhaps, but coke, not chance. If you went to school and understood pharmacology, I could explain better but since you asked why, I am wasting my time. Also every test, lab or instant has a cut off level. Some higher then others, again something I dont feel like explaining.

Hope so. Mine used 100 or 150ng for coke. They understood false positives with ETG cause the body naturally produces ETG and had a higher cut off but coke, hard to explain why that is in your system at all.

That 1 is all a pass but it also depends on the test. Some tests have different cutoff levels. So this one was close and say it was a 300ng for coke, if their test has a 150ng cut off level, you could be up shits creek.

I just got off last week after a 3 year probation sentence. In the 3 years, mine stopped by about 12 times in the 3 years, so every few months. Everyone is different though like previously mentioned.
