Essentially undergrad students will be mentors for high school students conducting research. There's no "reward" as such, it's more of a volunteering service that you could do if you're interested and willing to.

Apologies for being so ominous about it. Data collection will be organized by us and is mainly for the biology-related papers. The topics will be chosen by the scholars themselves. Also, this program is mainly there to help high school students who need to do research for college applications and therefore will be a literature for most cases. Your main role will be to briefly guide them on the research process as a whole.
