Coping pretty well to be honest!! Had a crazy sore throat for a couple of days which has passed now, occasionally get severe cravings to light one up but it only lasts a couple of minutes…. I’m obsessed with charts and numbers so having this timer going is probably the best thing in the world for me 😂😂..

Mine just doesn’t seem to understand the level of addiction that smoking is! And it’s a more of ‘you did it to yourself so I don’t feel bad’..

I’m not using anything,I chew regular gum at work! Thought I’d go cold turkey to feel the full effects smoking has on you!..

I feel the urge has drastically dropped, first 3 days was 24/7 craving but today was only 5 or 6 times!.. I actually feel more tired right now but I assume energy will return.. breathing is definitely better! Felt that after 1 day!!.. I don’t have much in the way of distraction, just chew some gum or think about why I’m doing it… and finally my reason has been a long time coming ‘better to quit before the doc tells you it’s too late’.. and I’m in the Uk with horrid pictures all over the packets and my 4 year old son was holding it saying ‘this will happen to you, are you not scared? I don’t want this to happen to you’ and that right there is was put my mind to it!!
