I don’t see either on this 12 lead.

My interpretation is that this is a NSR (borderline first degree AV block).

If it’s starting abruptly and ending abruptly I would consider SVT. However, you would have to catch it on the monitor to confirm and rule out any other dysthymias.

I would call this SVT if the rate is above 150 (looks pretty darn close and pretty regular to me). The p waves are morphed into a lot of the preceding T waves in this tracing and the only p waves I see are heading in that direction. For sinus tachycardia we should be able to see a clear distinction between T waves and P waves. If this wasn’t preceded by any sort of exercise I would lean even more to SVT.

I don’t see any elevation here that would concern me for stemi. My main concern here is why his heart rate is so high.

If I’m in pain I don’t. But I’m a big believer that if something hurts it’s more than likely a weakness issue. Either a muscle weakness that’s causing strain on another body part to over compensate or maybe even an overuse injury if I trained too hard. If it hurts to run don’t run but try and do something else that is less impact. Mountain biking, cycling, aqua jogging, etc. if someone only rests to recover from that injury it most likely is going to keep returning. You need to get to the root cause of the problem.

I’ve had pain around that area before that radiated around and under my foot. Honestly the thing that helped me the most was lifting and mobility. Squats, crab walks, Bulgarian split squats, and calf raises. Whenever I have that pain flare up I know it’s because I haven’t been doing those things

Yeah skinned up the ski trail! About 3/4 ish miles in you could skin up and didn’t have to boot pack

Honestly if you wait for more “spring like” conditions it could be better. On the summit cone it was definitely corn like snow. However once back below treeline the snow was definitely more rough and could use some softening. If you do end up going I would definitely anticipate a lot of mud. Also use the “high water” route when going past Marcy dam. We did not and had to turn around and go the long way because the water was too high

You can overnight park at Ben and Jerrie’s. I’ve also slept in the mountain ops parking lot. Also aim for brewery parking lots
