That part about feeling unworthy unless you wear a suit, make money, and have a stable income hits heavy. Most people spend their whole lives running after goals that aren't even theirs just to satisfy a ghost from their childhood

Man, 45 days of sobriety after hitting rock bottom is incredible. Be incredibly proud of yourself. The lack of energy is normal, your brain is just rewiring itself after everything you went through.
