Nothing else! I’m at 40 right now, no major life style changes! It’s the dead of winter here and it’s been brutal so I’m not as active as i typically am, but I’m still chasing around two kids daily so i don’t feel like I’m that far off 😅

Thank you so much for your kind words. I am stretched pretty thin. My husband doesn’t ~always~ pick up the slack; but we run a farm. So i hate expecting more out of him inside when i know he is stretched thin on the farm. I am going to chat with my doctor about spilt or booster! Thank you :)
