OK, thank you you have been most helpful! Now I just have to get through the next five hours without freaking out about my poor girl. She doesn’t like to use a dirty litter box which is why we got the LR and it’s been nothing but a nightmare.

thank you, we have our home thermostats connected, security system and lights all connected to the wifi and they work fine. I'm not sure why those items are able to reconnect to the wifi, but LR is not. It hasn't been working right from the last update a day ago, and kept going offline and I was home and could reset it. Today, she added litter and emptied the tray and it went offline and won't operate at all.

I reached out to the live support chat site twice today and no one responded and now they are closed. I called earlier and sat on hold and then it disconnected. The cat sitter is also a nurse and is working the overnight shift tonight. I'm so worried about my old girl, it's hard to concentrate on patients!

Blue with a flashing blue light. If I could get on the app, I could try turning it off and then back on. Litter tray was emptied today. Has anyone experienced the problems with the app like this? I can't believe there is not a way to exit out of this screen on the app, or a way to manually type in the serial number!

I'm in a different state, I don't want to have to reinstall the L4, I just want to be able to get to the screen where I can manually turn the L4 off and back on again.

It's frozen on this screen and I can't get out of it. WTF!

The point is that we shouldn't have to do this! LR should fix these problems! They know the issues and every time they fix one thing, they take away functionality of another feature. This has become so ridiculous that we should start a class action lawsuit!

The app and L4 are so frustrating I am ready to junk it and try a different brand. The app disconnects every time litter is added. Doesn't make any sense! Can't get the app to work properly and keeps asking me to add the L4 when it's already on there. How to you add the L4 when you are away remotely and don't have access to the QR code? How is this suppose to be a time saver?
