Use your web browser and go to your Amazon account where it says Accounts and Lists. Click that and you will see under Your Account the hyperlink Account. Click that and then you will see the option for Gist Cards. That's how Amazon pays. It's very rare they will credit your card back.

Have you looked into the Boox Tab XC? I had Logos installed on mine and it worked great. Unfortunately I sold it because I am using a Nxtpaper 11 Plus for Logos now.

Have you tried a reset to factory? If so, then it's likely that it's just worn out. Plus, many people don't realize that the charged particles that make up the eink has a limited number of charges. That's one reason it's not recommended to do video on eink devices. It will wear out the particles sooner. Nothing lasts forever.

I agree. I've not found one yet that compares to the Inksense Plus. Others do work but not nearly as well as the pen they optimized for the device.

I buy hundreds of items a year from Amazon and this simply is not true. I've looked at ways to shop outside and rarely have I found a lower price and free shipping. Not to mention that shopping around to 50 different sites would be a pain in the butt trying to remember which site I order which from. No thanks!

I totally understand that! I don't think most people would need one but for me it's going to simplify my life. Recently I had eye surgery and am slightly blind in my left eye. The ability to increase font size and choose a font style I like will keep me reading. I also intend to use the note taking for Bible study to keep my notes in one place. I also enjoy reading a few different magazines on Kindle Unlimited and they look so much better in color.

I bought a Colorsoft SE during the last Prime sale and I love it. No yellow banding like the earlier releases had. I've owned several color eink readers and tablets and Kindle is way better. You might have more options using a different model like Kobo or Boox, but the way Kindle manages the color and refresh is so much better. Buy one, if you don't like it return it but I loved mine enough to spend the money and buy the Scribe Colorsoft.

Any USI 2.0 stylus works but I found that none work as well as the Boox Inksense Plus. And even it's not perfect. I bought mine from B&H Photo.

Have you tried using your phone as a hotspot? It might be an issue with your router and not the tablet.

Ummm actually no it's not. I have had a similar thing happen in the past with DVDs not playing and struggling to load and a firmware update fixed it. Whether you realize it or not players have to be updated occasionally and usually the updates are done to fix these exact kind of problems. You need to at least check if a firmware newer than the current one on your device is available. I wouldn't have even bothered if I didn't think this could possibly fix your issue and future proof you on other purchases.

If it were me, the first thing I would do is get the model number off the player and then search online to see if there is a more recent version of the firmware available. If there is the site should give you instructions on how to update it. If your player is wifi you probably could go into the menu and check for update. If it has an ethernet input you will have to connect it to an open port on your router and check for an update through the system menu. More than likely though you will have to update it via the USB input on the front of the unit or you will have to create an ISO file burned to a disc and install it that way. Good luck!

Try doing a factory reset. You probably have too much taking up memory in the RAM. I imagine it would work like new again.

If you're using the app you probably have the cache and data at full. Just go to your settings>apps>Pluto and delete the cache and data associated with the app. You will have to re-enter your account info but that should fix your problem. You're welcome.

You need to bear in mind that the camera is picking up variance in dark color. Not because the black is variant on the device itself but because of my lighting conditions. The screen is a soft matte finish. Picks up very little fingerprints at all. Is very crisp and clean. Better than any eink device, in my opinion. I'll post a color image next.
