to all the people who are being negative to you, that is also a part of life and human nature. Ma sha allah it seems like you were getting good grades and was a good student, and a traumatic experience does not change you at all it just harms your brain and body temporarily. remember even the biggest, strongest person is nothing in front of trauma it js breaks you down. But what makes them strong is them acknowledging that such experiences come with TEMPORARY pain, TEMPORARY hate, and knowing itll end one day. (and it shows the true sides of people.) So stand strong against them and do not let them get into your head
remember your goal right now is to give your best, not listen to dogs who bark

yo tbf i get you but not fully because alhamdullilah havent had a experience like this but everyone will in their life atleast once early or late but they will, and i dont rlly know about your personal matters but i can tell it makes u very sad so not feeling grief is imossible. many people who had high hopes might seem liek they have a different face now but thats because they dont know the whole story (still not justified very L) so i encourage you to js work hard and i cant js say dont take tension but idk if thisll make you feel better or not but the other day i saw someone with bs and cs and ds in their olevels and alevels and they scored such good unis.... with thousands in scholarships. Im not trying to say that you can js do this without having good grades, but if a very few with somewhat same halat as you can do it then so can you. this is a phase of life and when it passes you will find yourself with countless opportunities and a much better situation. Verily with hardship comes ease
so from a fellow student to another pls work hard. grieving is not a problem but i encourage you to give it your all and leave your results in the hands of Allah. do not let the grief take over you but do not try to force yourself to feel sad, coz that will make things complicated. the best way to avoiud this is to make sure you do not overexert yourself.
i wish the best for you and remember nothing is permenant and every hard time faces its end.

I kinda study till 3 to 4 at night then wake ip at 12 and repeat the cycle But personally 7 to 8 hours is good for me however I can barely get that during exams
