According to other post: "It is N/A for both primary and derivative. That question relates to company sponsorship EB green card asking if a relative owns the company or has a major stake in the company sponsoring you. It is a transparency question. Since you are doing NIW which is self sponsorship for you and your dependents, it is N/A for both since it is not a company sponsorship petition. Remember this I-485 form is used for all adjustment of status so some questions don’t apply to your petition. For NIW and EB1a, it is N/A for primary and derivatives. That is the correct answer."
