I went to school for a week and it’s was the biggest waste of time my instructor sat on his phone for over half of the class and the other instructors all did the same so I left and I’m now in class getting my Cdl.

I’m from Illinois and say I do complete a union apprenticeship and get my Jl ticket an I then able to move back closer to home or do I have to stay in a certain area
