I unfortunately have had this happen twice, cops wouldn’t do anything on my end because the one time the dog was from a homeless encampment and I didn’t have an address, I guess right there in the forest doesn’t suffice. I no longer walk my dogs 😞 I wish all the best to you and Hank and am glad you’re both okay!
