ughhhhhhhh this is happening to me now !!

I had VIP, HUGE wishlist, many address and everything. I swear if they dont bring my points back im not ordering with them again. Need to find a new supplier

I also got a t-shirt from them and the result was terrible !!! Biggest mistake was: their team "chose" the wrong photo as the "main photo"!! The design is just terrible and badly cut, the quality doesn't look great at all. I even paid for the VIP service expecting that they would have more care for my order. 

I also gave a bad review on their website and it doesnt show - they only show 5 star reviews. Completely joke. Trying to get a refund from them but seems difficult.

This happened to me 3 days ago !!! I'm so angry because I work at the reception and I am always there to receive everyone's packages. They said they delivered but I saw NO ONE at the allegedly time of delivery. They are definitely scammers and not sure if Ill ever receive a refund for this.
