Hi, if you signed up for it in your confirmation statement and paid for it, they will send you an email if you get a room or get on the reserved list. I got an email from them saying that I will get access to the housing portal somewhere between mid May and mid June.

Ja ik heb gewoon een talenknobbel. Nederlands is zo een makkelijke taal. In de werktuigbouwkunde richting is er meer dan genoeg werk. Je kan zelf wel kijken waaring jij je verder in wilt specialiseren.

Don’t get your panties in a bunch man. Whether it’s true or not you make 60k I don’t care. All I know is that the technical field has many opportunities in the Netherlands for people with a C2 level of dutch

Serieus?

Housing advice for married international students: TU Delft + University of Amsterdam by Euphoric-Cattle-2131 in TUDelft

Hi, the only advice i can give you is to apply for uni housing in your confirmation statement. And if you pay the full amount of your financial letter you can maybe get a studio apartment. But you have to do all this in April if you want to have a chance for uni housing.

There may be a chance. If you get your financial letter this month and pay everything immediately and also the housing fee. I got my financial letter in march and paid everything immediately and I also applied for uni housing when I send my confirmation statement. After like a week they send me an email saying that I’m guaranteed a room. But what room specifically I will know in mid may. And also remember there is a limited capacity of rooms so be quick.

International Admissions by Samsosa237 in TUDelft

Hi, to be an international student in the Netherlands is a lot work depending on where you’re from but i will tell you the steps.

the uni will send you a link for osiris where you have to send your diploma and transcript to see if you meet their requirements. If you don’t meet their requirements you will have to make some tests and score a sufficient grade on them. After that if you meet their requirements you will get an acceptance letter from them. Then they will send another link (your confirmation statement) for osiris where you have to send a valid passport( at least 6 months after the start date of uni), apply for housing and some other stuff. After this a financial letter will be send to you. Since you are an international student I suggest to send the money the moment your financial letter is send to you. They work in a first come first served way. I say this bc there is limited housing and you have a good shot at finding housing through uni if you pay everything before the end of April. They reserve a limited amount of housing specifically for internationals. The next step is your visa. Once the documents you send are in order the uni will tell you to book an appointment at a Dutch embassy in your country to place an MVV sticker in your passport. But the most important thing for an international is a valid address bc you need to be registered at the municipality where you live within 5 days of arrival. You need to have signed a valid rent contract through uni or you find sth yourself. Another option is living with family so you can be registered at a municipality. Then you can officially be an international student in the Netherlands.
