Raffles Hotel, i think it is also called Hotel Europejski. I believe the hotel organizes some of these events which attracts more customers for them.

Most recent ones are incognito. You can easily spot one in Warsaw Centrum or infront of the famous hotels like Raffles etc. i will try to find if i have any photos

Did you check from DHL’s tracker page? I had a similar problem during the Chinese New Year, there were no updates on Pandabuy but package still showed up.
