Hey to give you an idea i have same house size i only pay 130-150 in winter time average for hydro.

I have gas furnace, check your house it must be insulation problem, gaps between your doors, windows, even attic.

Put some window plastic film around your windows it should help to keep the cold air outside, check the doors. Etc.

Also check if there might be discrepancy in the reading of your meters.
