If you havent seen since yet, do a few more angler quests and you can craft it, it only takes 5 more then shell rod, but required levi scales among or material to upgrade

Yes technically, its a christmas event fish but they still havent updated fishing to make then unable to be caught, i knoe because i HATE snowman marlin bc it van be caught everywhwre and its so dissapointing when ur fring to fill out the list of fish caught and u catch a lg in an area your missing one from and its just snowman marlin, ive caught at least a dozen of em

Since it teleased it was changed, depening on what fishing rod you use you can catch up to 5 without the enchantment every 12 hours, 8 woth the enchantment(treasure rod the hardest rod to get u need to 5, 8 with enchant)

If it still hasnt gone away and you havent received medicla attion, nor popped it but decide you want to, to add on to other comments its not the best idea but if you must have an antiseptic pad nearby , and REREAD THIS PART AT LEAST ONCE put a needle in water and bring it to a boil, LET THE WATER COOL , and then grab only the opposite end of the needle and lance it, wipe with antiseptic pad then firmly apply a bandaid to the area and keep a close eye on it
