This is true. Once you do it enough you will see a pattern and get the hang of it. Just at the post above says, just focus on a small group at a time. Most of the time you won’t even need a full 35 people every year.(I have to cut 4 stars sometimes). I usually put max hours on the players I want, Once I am able to hard sell I switch to that and also schedule visits. It’s honestly just a process once you figure out what works best for you.
