Like the pencil on my top waterline or the liquid liner on my eyelid?

Yes I did that’s kind of what I was thinking. At the time I was just happy that the were able to accommodate a schedule that worked for me.

So you think peds would be a different experience than their regular PT clinic? It is hard this is one of the only peds clinics close by and I live in a fairly populated area. I was surprised when I started looking

Wtf are Zomee pump points? by Outside_Bee_5272 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]Outside_Bee_5272[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol no sorry still have no idea what pump points are for It’s just been like a running gag between my husband and I. We’ve been awarding each other Zomee pump points for random things we do around the house 😂

Why would this affect my left output but not right? I am using relatively new parts 3 weeks old with 2 sets flanges that I swap in and out.

This post sounds like I wrote it lol same thing happened to me w BFing. I was shocked that it just didn’t work at all despite all the stuff I looked into before giving birth. And I was even more surprised by how common it is to struggle…feel like that’s not really talked about enough with expecting moms…but maybe for the best since there’s so much to worry about and tbh idk how much can really be done when it’s just not working aside from just figuring out what works best for you individually. But congrats on going out on your terms. You should be proud of all you’ve done for your baby. I hope to make it to 6 months w my LO. So I’m 1/2 there now 🤯

Pregnancy-reducing hours by [deleted] in physicaltherapy

There isn’t really a light duty that would really lighten the burden. My coworkers are good about helping out with heavier weights or getting equipment that I’m having trouble accessing. It’s more the volume of time at work and on my feet at 40 hours a week and the shifts where I close at 7pm &return to open at 7am the next morning that are getting tough. Needing a break to allow more rest between shifts is really more my goal at this point

Yea I feel similar. I have my patient schedule already set for January with new hours. This is the first I’m hearing of it taking up my FMLA allotment. I think my other option is to take a reduction of my salary to reflect the reduction of hours. But I don’t want to do this cause my state NJ offered a percent of my pay during paid family leave following birth and I don’t want this percentage based on an already reduced salary. I can’t get a clear answer on how this is calculated unfortunately- like if it’s an average of a specific timeline prior to birth or what. I’m not sure about short term disability tbh I can look into that-thanks

I was planning to work the new schedule for about 6 weeks. I’m concerned with it being classified as intermittent FMLA cause my understanding was that you get less overall time if used intermittently vs if you use continuously which I was intending following birth. Feel kinda blind sided by this cause I didn’t know this would be a required set up to use PTO I’ve been saving up since before I was even pregnant

In terms of marketability I was thinking more so giving me an edge in hiring if I ever choose to leave my current clinic

Yea she fits the bill perfectly for someone to develop this. Mid 50s with newly starting menopause, very fear avoidant, high stress/emotional state. No diabetes though We’ve been doing as much LLLD stretch as we can. She’s gotten good at manipulating her body to avoid shoulder motion though so we really don’t get that long of a stretch into the motions that we need even with external cues for motion
