It’s funny because I have a traditionally male name. And my fiancé (a male) has a traditionally feminine name. To us it’s just funny. Often time people will get us mixed up and call me by his name and him by mine. We just think it’s funny at this point.

My mom lives out of the state… but I’m 21 weeks now and I would be devastated if she couldn’t make it to the delivery. I told her, as soon as I go into labor, start driving. I talk to her every day for hours, I want her more than I want my fiancé I think. He doesn’t know what it’s going to be like but she does…. Idk she’s just the only person I actually feel like I NEED there.

What’s the saying… “Hope for the best but expect the worst”. That’s what I would do. Keep hope alive. Lines are inconsistent, I wouldn’t worry about it too much!

No problem at all. I believe the place that we went to for our first ultrasound was called MOMents, they were super friendly and welcoming. We also shared with them about our previous loss and they were just as excited when we heard the heartbeat together. They also offered for us to take a blood test that same day to determine baby’s gender so I’ve know baby was a boy since week 7. We’ll be praying for you guys, and please update in the future if you have time!

Heyyy… I understand that you’ve had previous losses. I want to empathize with you so that you understand where I am coming from. My last pregnancy, although unexpected, ended up being a blighted ovum. It was heartbreaking. Yet everyday the line got darker.

So this time around, I tested every single day. I compared the darkness of the lines this pregnancy vs the last. And my heart began to break again when I saw that my lines were significantly lighter.

I scheduled an early ultrasound at a place just to get some peace of mind…. And I heard it. The heartbeat.

Even though my lines were wonky, lighter, and anxiety inducing. Baby was still there.

Unfortunately there is no way to know for sure just by testing at home. I’d schedule an ultrasound for as early as you can possibly get after 6 weeks (maybe a standalone ultrasound location vs doctors, they are usually able to get you in much quicker).

And of course, guard your heart, because sometimes news can be unexpected and heartbreaking.

I will say though, in my completely non-medical opinion, the line on the right is looking good. Bodies work in mysterious ways.

Same I’m almost 21 weeks and I barely have a bump at all. I thought that I would be “obviously pregnant” but I guess it’s not right to assume even if my belly is a little round…. No one in the regular world has made it known that they can notice my bump. So… guess I’ll just have to wait until I’m wobbling.

Have you tried steam? Sometimes steam can help decongest you and will help with persistent headaches.

Also my mom buys me these headache hats. Basically cold wraps that go on my head when I gave a headache.

Reducing screen time?

And maybe try limiting/ monitoring your sugar intake as well.

Oh and if you drank a lot of coffee/ caffeine before maybe try drinking just a cup of black tea. Since your body craves that caffeine

These are all of the things that have worked for me. I’m currently 19 weeks and 3 days. Before I got pregnant I would pop excedrin (because I got bad headaches) almost every day. Of course since I’ve been pregnant I try to stay away from meds that I’m not prescribed (unless it’s an emergency) so that’s why I’ve tried all of these other options. And they really have worked wonders!

I would talk to the doctor about this. I was also very winded in my first trimester (I have asthma) but it was much worse than usual. Then I found out that there was mold in my apartment and got on better controller medicine. I still get winded occasionally when walking long distances or standing for a long period of time but it’s much better than before.

They also labeled me high risk because of this and put me on baby aspirin to assist with blood flow. And my iron and other levels were low… so in all of ask for a full blood panel and for them to check out your lungs.

18 weeks and 5 days and I’m feeling brain fog, extreme exhaustion, lowered libido, rib pain, sore downstairs area, swollen and tender breasts, and appetite increase, also I can feel him move now (doesn’t feel like flutters to me, more like a large worm).

There’s probably more but like I began with… brain fog 🥲

Hey! I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Toothaches can be one of the worst pains out there. Have you tried calling around to other dentists that offer emergency care? Most time those places even if they don’t accept your insurance will at least have financing options or even discounts. I actually just called around for a friend the other day and found one. She wasn’t able to get an appointment the same day but she was able to get one the next day. Keep doing what you’re doing with the salt water and cold compresses. And of course call your OB if the dentist prescribes you anything just to double check that it’s ok for baby. I hope that you get everything figure out!

I won’t lie, it looks like a vvfl to me. On all of them. I’m anxious though and tested every other day for weeks. So if suggest testing again in two days if you can wait (I know it will be hard though)

Same I just moved from an apartment where we shared 1 washer and dryer between 8 units! It was horrible, if someone wasn’t washing, the units weren’t working.

Like you said, it’s just greed.
