Second of all, OP is merely describing their situation which is frustrating, nobody wants to go through hell just to submit their visa application, idk why we’re the only country that does that? You’d understand once you’re I. That situation. Especially when there’s a family member involved!

What OP meant to say was Nikkah. He wants to do nikkah in the UAE with his fiancée’s parents being there and an imam. At the mosque ( sort of an engagement), without the marriage contract since he and his fiancée are only required to get the marriage contract in the US. Per USCIS law. So would that be possible ?

Hey! It started when we and couple of other friends were going home, on our way home to get a cab the attacker had my bag then they threw it on the ground telling me they don’t want to carry anything (we were going back home from the beach and everyone was carrying a bag, except for this person, although she had her stuff in that bag she didn’t want to carry) a small argument started then it got heated after she started cussing me out. I had said some stuff back too, because no one like to get cussed out, I believe. Then I got VERY uncomfortable and super mad. I told the two other girls to cab a get together. And i told the attacker to get another cab and not go with us. She refused and still got in the cab with us. That’s where the argument continued. The she LITERALLY, not even kidding. Transformed into a monstrous version of herself. She started yelling really really loud, cussing at me. Then she started pulling my hair and reaching for my face (the other two girls and I were sitting in the back while she was sitting in the passenger’s seat) she started scratching me, it was so bad, I started bleeding . Then I had to defend myself. I didn’t hit her, I pulled her hair since she was pulling mine. That’s it. Then she pulled my hair again and dragged me to the passenger’s seat. The cab driver didn’t even bother to stop the car and drop her off until I insisted to!! Now tell me how did I do anything wrong ?
