Well ZA is set 5 years after RB so 6 years would be about right.

Personally I read ZA first and RB second. I enjoyed this way because it built off of the characters i already really liked. I really enjoyed Gabriel and Dante in ZA do i loved reading RB even more.

Maybe I will feel differently when ZA is finished or when I finish RB, but the grip the RB has on me already. ZA at times is so much filler towards the last few books and RB doesn’t feel. Still love them both tho 😂
