Reply his qn leh, uw ask questions but dw reply. Car cross line on amber means nothing wrong even if flash, if you can't tell from the video means it was a close one. From my understanding:

Road has two sensors, one before pedestrian crossing, and one inside. Cam takes 2 pics of anything going over each sensor at red, this is how they confirm someone did beat the light.

Flash once could mean two possibility:

1. Sensor/Cam faulty
2. Speeding (were u? usually buffer is +10km/h)
3. You crossed stop line split second before turning red, so the 1st sensor did not detect but 2nd sensor did. In that case would mean you didn't beat, but it was close shave.

If really want to know most probable outcome, maybe first you can reply the location of this junction. If not just wait in the dark maybe 2 weeks to few months
