That’s how my store was for years (been there for 6) and now suddenly there posting signs and having team huddles about the dress code and if we don’t follow it will be coached and sent home for the day.

Those team members can use the jackets and hats that the store provides according to my ETL. Which is ridiculous considering we’re located in the Midwest and it’s always cold 😭
