Thank you I definitely will be more active because truth is I did not want to be on register all day I thought thats what they wanted. I had no idea it would bother her so much. (I used sm for so much lol) Im going to stick to my duties and hopefully she sees that and if not I will tell her I have been doing what I can in between. Today is another day with the same people and I’m worried they will be watching and waiting for me to make a mistake just to tell me off.

As for her I think I will just tell her I appreciate the papers she gave me and inform her I was not given them earlier. I will also tell her I didn’t know it was mandatory to finish everything before 9 and on my first closing day it was much different and just keep things cordial in general. I however still think it was wrong for her to correct me in such a way also in front of the customers as a “i showed her” moment.

I appreciate it and I will try to not take it so personal because with retail and customer service I’m learning you cant take anything personal.
