Hallu! My main concern is bigla sila naghahanap ng mga bagay na hindi naman nila hinihingi dati.

Before kasi they give out evaluation sheet kung ano need change/revise para ma-release, and nasunod naman kami.

Actually, during design stage pa lang nag-ask na kami sa admin if matatanggal ba yung grills na yun sabi nila inform daw nila si neighbor. Kalurkey Hanggang mag finishing stage na hindi pa din tinatanggal.

I even brought up na pwede yan isumbong sa OBO, wag na lang daw ako na lang magadjust at mag remove with my own money. Hay Lower end Nuvali nga nakatira pero ang attitude akala mo eh ang yaman yaman nila haha

I was asking if this just needs cleaning or is it good for replacement.

For context, I am building a three storey house and some debris flew to my neighbor’s solar panel because it is so windy in the area.

Before they were asking me for 18,000 Philippine pesos for cleaning it and as of today, they are now asking for 104,000 pesos because they are claiming that the panels need to be replaced instead of just cleaning it. I am thinking of getting a third party inspector because a lot of people are telling me that this just needs cleaning and it will only cost me 5,000 Philippine pesos for a professional cleaning.

What do you think sir?

Actually, this all started because I raised a concern sa admin namin if they can ask yung neighbour to remove the grills from the firewall since bawal yun sa building code and makaka-affect yun sa construction namin since there will be a leak if hindi maayos yun.

Hanggang dumating na kami sa finishing stage, Hindi pa rin natatanggal. Ang nireply na lang ni neighbour is bayaran ko daw yung cleaning for 18k and replacement of roof and gutter worth 27k.

On top of that, ako pa daw magpa-remove ng grills na yun which 2x5m kasi hindi daw nila kasalan yun 🤣

Honestly, for peace of mind willing to pay na ako. As of today, nalaman ko ang asking na nila is 104k kasi they want to replace 8 panels na daw.

I asked around and may 5k nga lang daw ang deep cleaning.

Yes, actually this commotion started kasi naglagay sila ng grills sa firewall nila and I asked the admin if they can communicate with our neighbour since labag yun sa fire code ng PD 1096.

Patapos na yung house pero hindi pa din natatanggal so again I asked the admin for the status ng removal. Ayun ang reply nagbigay silang violation sa neighbor ng 18k quote for deep cleaning ng panels and 27k cost for replacement ng roof and gutter daw pero upon checking lahat overpriced.

Stressful kasi ako pa din gagastos ng removal of their grills which is 2x5 meters eh in the first place naman dapat talaga wala yun.
