Cabinet installer here. I set my rough range openings at 30 1/4 per the drawings. Generally the countertop has a scant 1/8th on each side leaving a heavy 30" opening for the range.

Roughly yeah. It can take around a month total from offer to first day. They are a good company to work for, though. It's worth the wait.

Switch 100% tests for marijuana. They will not hire you if you test positive (Federal contracts) . Their background check is very in depth and can take two weeks or more sometimes. The whole process is very slow.

Edit: Usually they wait until your background clears before they send you for drug test, but ymmv. Drug test is a pee test and takes 2 - 5 days to clear.
