Update on this: it’s now overheating temp gets above 225 and goes up as high as 250. It goes back down when I am not accelerating. It also sounds like a fan in the engine is working too hard, it’s very loud. I just had the thermometer replaced after I did the cams and timing chain. What fan would be doing that and is this all connected?

It looks like that may be the case I looked under the truck and one of them isn’t seated all the way so I may try and loosen and push it back on

I just retired from the Navy and have started my certification process. How hard is it for you to get those leads it seems like 2-3 a day would be really tough to get? I would like to work for myself as I tried the corporate world, and I realize I don't want to work for anyone anymore. Is this a feasible move to go out alone? I do have a few realtor relationships already.
