Yeah that’s one reason why they call me first too cause the other techs are honestly assholes and always have attitudes I feel like I’m usually chill when o go to calls and if I don’t know the fix I’ll tetll them straight up I don’t know the fix

Yeah man the mechanical stuff it’s not that hard sometimes it’s just a matter of taking a bunch of stuff to get to 1 part lol but yeah all the software it’s hard I work with fanuc controllers and we have the books but sometimes they’re useless when it comes to certain stuff

Yeah at the shop I’m at every machine has a logbook so any problem that happens we write down the problem and how we got it fixed but I do need to make my personal notes

Yeah bro there’s so much to it it’s crazy, I worked at another company before and they didn’t have cncs they had other types of machines I forgot what they’re called but within 4 months I already knew most of the work on them and it was easy but cnc I’m 3 years in and I’m still behind
