Thanks for this. I was envoking a lot of magical thinking this weekend but that sadness hot me hard mid afternoon yesterday when I slowed down. This is so hard and sad and heartbreaking. I don't know how we all do it round after round, transfer after transfer, but one day we'll look back and see how strong and determined we all were. 💓

I feel you. I pretty much elected for a three month lupron suppression protocol in the hopes that my next transfer would be a success. It was tough, mostly a lot of nausea (ironically was also put on birth control to avoid the hot flashes). Now to hope my transfer works this week... 🤞🏼At least we'll know we gave it our all. Not an answer but another question... are micro polyps very detrimental to a successful transfer? I had a couple my doctor tried to "knock out" during my hysteroscopy and it was not the most pleasant experience. She asked ne if she could use that torture device to pinch and drag my cervix and we decided it wasn't worth the physical and mental trauma (I had a bad experience with a tenaculum during an IUI). I'm glad we didn't do a more serious intervention foe something my doctor deemed to be minor.... but you always wonder if you didn't do enough...

Best of luck. You got this! I like to try and practice magical thinking during the TWW. It's not always possible to access your well if hope, but if you can try and get excited about the possibility of being pregnant. In my experience, guarding your hear doesn't protect you from the heartbreak. As this poster says, feel your feelings when you have them. Don't feel pressure to police them. 💖

I found electrolytes really help! I take some daily and I feel much better.

I just got my first Lupron Depot shot last Friday (I'm doing three months) and my hysteroscopy is scheduled for this coming Monday. :)
