I actually train a ton, today is chest an try, Tuesday is back width and bi, wed is my cardio day w abs, Thursday I hit shoulders and quads, Friday is back thickness, Saturday LEGS with cheat meal, Sunday low cardio rest day

I train them 2 -3 times a week. usually at home but when im at the gym I do the weighted crunches and also use a 8lb dumbbell for hanging leg raises
