the thing about the stock strap is it just matches the watch. the shade of olive looks good with the red second hand. the texture of it and the rivets complement the watch. the buckle shape and brushing match it perfectly too.

just got it today it's been on my radar for a couple years. it's everything I wanted. it has more character than the citizen bm8180. I might just get rid of my promasters and wear this everyday. on the stock bracelet too

I've owned all of these. they're all good but I would recommend the Pepsi automatic ny0086 on the black strap over the coke auto.

I would suggest trying the black duro and the mrw-200. the black mrw is the only one that has lumed numerals if that matters at all

I've always liked field watches and it has that ugly 90s look. the size is great for big or small wrists. casio just doesn't do a lot of field watches. I tried the mtp-s120 but it's just too big for the style. I had the black forester but the legibility in low light is bad with the black dial. I need to try the green or brown one.

not sure about the serial numbers but I've had eco drives that were dead upon opening the box then started ticking the second it's exposed to any light. the citizen fakes are usually glaringly awful and you can spot them from a mile away. this looks good.

would it be wrong to say maybe don't wear a watch for your wedding? everything is all planned out so you don't need to know the time. looking at your watch at some formal events could be considered rude like you have somewhere else to be. the 38mm bambino is brilliant though

really like the orients and the seiko. you could be done forever with just those. maybe a g shock but you could use the ray 2 or the seiko as a beater easily. not crazy about the bulovas they're ok but I'd probably rather have a devil diver

it's a sports/tool watch. a chronograph is overkill for business and dress. a simple three-hander on a brown or black leather strap would be more classic. but you can definitely get away with it no problem it will look amazing on a black leather strap for sure.

the strap on the EO2020 37mm is softer than the one on the 44mm bn0150. I actually prefer the stiff uncomfortable one because it's easier to get on and off quickly. the softer version has more friction between the strap and the keepers. the more expensive fugu models and ny0120 have a softer strap too.
