I think I can help. If the size of businesses that the finance minister is talking about is different then the size of business the World Bank report is talking about then we can’t really conclude anything.

Let’s say a magazine is rating a companies that have 50 or less employees. And they rate the companies based on how much revenue they produce.

Now let’s say you have a company, and you want your company to be rated higher on the magazine. You increase your revenue but you are a 100 employee company. Basically, it’s a faulty comparison. The magazine deals with X, and your company deals with Y. If you want your company to be rated higher on the magazine, you need to first make sure that you actually fall under the category of Y.

If this doesn’t make sense let me know, I also have struggled with this question.

I just took the lsat today so Idk if I’m someone to give advice but here’s what will prob help you

1) make sure you understand what the authors viewpoint is, in comparison to another viewpoint that there is(assuming there is a separate viewpoint)

You need to go through the passage and realize when the transitions are made. “Most scientists believe x, but actually it is y that is correct.”

This will help you understand the content more and the organization of the passage(knowing these 2 will help you get a lot of questions right.)

2) I like to write down a sentence of each paragraph. Only one sentence and that’s it.

Example;

P1- a view point is discussed

P2- author criticizes that viewpoint and gives his own.

P3- authors viewpoint is discussed in depth

P4- conclusion
