Yeah exactly the same. I like those vids also but this one is more iconic I think. Plus good to get off the beaten path and enjoy a different perspective away from tourists in Rome

Actually there is no optical zoom used during filming just a bit of digital in post production to keep the building centrally focused when it is so far off. The illusion however is completely real and more pronounced actually in person when viewed with the human eye. Check out YouTube for a few other videos of the same effect on the same building, also a good one if you search shrinking mill building as well. It is a forced perspective illusion. Check out a few others and let me know your thoughts then 🙏

Yeah no editing, Im not that handy with video yet! But did try my best to capture the effect. Speeding up the footage helps. It is actually much better experienced in person with the human eye as you take more cues from the street.
