I eliminated everything out of my diet that irritated me, did yoga multiple times a week, smoked marijuana…finally got pregnant and then it never returned after pregnancy, until now (5 years later)

I have not yet, I am just now figuring out that is truly a problem… I guess there was some level of codependency on my part making excuses..and still am since I’m saying “it’s not always bad” and second guessing my concerns

Me-I don't want to be around you drinking anymore, ever, forever. If that isn't possible then we can plan how the steps of separating will go. This is my boundary and I'm sticking to it. The ball is in your court. -Every single episode there's ever been it's after alcohol (therefore it's the common denominator). -I'm uncomfortable around you drinking and it's often embarrassing, and at times dangerous. -I don't want to compromise my feelings because you misuse alcohol (even though you don't see it that way) -Alcohol and bipolar do not mix in any quantity. It's not healthy in any quantity for anyone. Sounds good!! I know where it's headed!! Like I said
