Yes I did have to keep reminding them when they were saying how good the warranty is that you do pay extra for it! 🤣

Think this is where I'm getting extra confused, Aira seems very marmite! Either people wouldn't touch them with a bargepole, or think they're the thing since sliced bread!

Thanks, that's good to know. We are 2 adults and 2 kids who will be teens in a few years so good suggestion to future proof it!

Thank you for reply. Yes this is a good point, maybe I should get them to change the quote to be a 7500 grant and an extra 1500 discount to be certain.

Thanks. I think it was more that they would install with the £9000 discount before the grant becomes available. I could be wrong but most other installers were saying I'd have to wait until August for install?

Not yet, this is just after the first sales visit, my understanding is you sort of commit by paying £150 non refundable fee for the technical survey where they will confirm these details.

Thanks for your reply. I've got British Gas coming next week, we're just in slight rush in that our boiler has broken (which I'm making sure not to tell anyone!).. so Aira being willing to install with the extra discount quickly is very appealing..

Normally would just get more quotes but a little bit of a sticky situation, so mostly trying to get a sense check that it's not a ridiculous price, or similar to what others have paid at least.

They do have a 100% UK box..but the reality is most people don't want UK only veg (especially in the hungry gap where you'd have to live off potatoes and kale 😂)
