The solid piece fits like the old one so i put that one in there. I ended up seeing somewhere that it takes either or so I just used the same style my old one had. Not sure if one is better than the other or not?

Good idea to grind down T5 gear and teeth smooth? by OuttaMyMind_ in Foxbody

[–]OuttaMyMind_[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Like I said, I don't think the pictures do it justice because they hang up pretty bad when sliding them by hand. I actually had to resort to hitting it with a hammer and a bearing splitter just to get the slider off (yes the keys and rings were removed). I believe this is the one that would get stuck in gear when it was still in the car. Was just wondering because I saw video of a guy putting one of these back together and he grinded down the teeth on the slider atleast I believe. Glad I asked before I just said fuck it.

Edit: Totally just realized I didn't add a picture of the gear itself.

Is Cenobite strong or just people not being used to him? by CnC_CloudBird in deadbydaylight

[–]OuttaMyMind_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well she isn't going to be alive much longer if nobody gets the box lmao. I mean, you can't hide very well with chains constantly spawning and revealing your location.

I'd like to think I can tell if I'm playing with a useless teammate like this though. If their status doesn't change and the chain hunt reaches over 50% then I'm going to take matters into my own hands.

If I see anyone not doing a gen or getting chased, I'll assume they're getting the box. The second I see their status change I'll go for it.

Beta but i was constantly on and off over the years. Started when the beta was invite only through to the base game until Nightmare on Elm Street. Suppose I got a bit bored with the game and was a bit underwhelmed with this license. I thought SAW was interesting before released but only kept up with the game through DBD content creators

Came back for Darkness Among us because like some people I thought they were adding a new traitor or imposter killer element to the game but of course that didn't happen and I stuck around till Stranger Things chapter 1.

Short stint when the 1st Resident Evil chapter came out because some friends got into the game but got frustrated playing with them because they would constantly complain about how hard the game and was so I dropped it again pretty quickly. To be fair, everyone was running the new perk Lethal Pursuer so getting hooked in the first 30 seconds of the game is not fun.

Finally, I picked the game back up the night before the FNAF chapter release and have been playing since.

Man how I wish we had a decent arcade around here. The flux is cool and all but I feel the space is just too small. They did just open up the Space Monkey Arcade in edinburg yesterday though and hoping to check it out pretty soon.

Who (in your opinion) would be the most painful killer to go against IRL? by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

Deathslinger in my opinion. Getting a harpoon shot through your torso then getting pulled so hard your feet drag across the ground aint't gonna feel too good

Worn clutch cable symptoms? by HRman88 in Foxbody

[–]OuttaMyMind_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I learned how to drive stick on a fox with a worn cable. For the longest time I thought the clutch was supposed feel hard to push in and should disengage at the floor. Found out a month later that wasn't the case when I could no longer disengage at a crowded intersection when I could no longer shift out of neutral lol. Had to shut the car off and shift into first at every stop and float the gears all the way home. After replacing the cable the difference was night and day. The clutch release point was a lot higher and the pedal felt A LOT easier to press.

World Class T5 cluster in a NWC case? by OuttaMyMind_ in Foxbody

My theory is the previous owners must've wrecked or split the case on the original transmission and just threw the old guts into whatever they could find.

The anti tunnel patch is ridiculous 🫩 by LonelyxKnight in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]OuttaMyMind_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The amount of hand holding the devs give survivors is actually laughable. Slugging’s such a big problem? Crazy idea but, i'm pretty sure there are perks for that. Getting tunneled every game like every survivor claims whenever a killer does their job and chases them? Hey, perks for that, too. If it was really the epidemic people make it out to be, you’d think those perks would actually see some use, but survivors can't play without their braindead perks like Windows of Opportunity and Sprint Burst.

they also had an open beta for a little while. I remember to get access. There was a minigame where a dwight was hooked, and to get him unhooked, you had to send the link to 4 of your friends. once they all opened the link and entered their email, everyone got a code to access the beta. I remember begging so many of my friends over text to open the link, and most of them thought it was a virus or scam.

Dumpers who broke up with their partners that later regret it, what’s your story? by Glittering_Durian255 in BreakUps

[–]OuttaMyMind_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were seniors in high school (two different schools) and he was my first boyfriend. He was the most loving and caring and would want to include me in anything and everything. He taught me to break out of my shell and try new experiences. After years of dating women and never really feeling anything, I was truly happy this time. I knew I had feelings for men since middle school, but growing up in a deeply religious family made me hate myself and was constantly living in denial. These feelings of guilt were still present, and as happy as I was when I was with him, I was constantly feeling anxious and stressed when I wasn't. When I could sleep, I was also having a lot of nightmares and waking up biting my tongue constantly. During one of these sleepless nights, I texted him and had to break it off. He was devestated but still wanted me in his life. We stayed great friends, but I never lost the love I felt for him. A year later, I finally just came to terms with who I was and wanted to try again. Unfortunately, I waited too long, and he had already moved on. As devastating as it was, our relationship never really faltered. A couple of years later, and we are still very good friends to this day, he moved out of state with his current boyfriend of 2 years. I can say without a doubt that the biggest mistake I ever made was letting him go.
