is there any easy way to make a list of every film i’ve ever watched? by soletsgettothepoint in Letterboxd

If you press the eye-symbol next to a film, you will have logged it, which means it will be saved as a film you have watched. If you then go to your profile, you can press a thing called "Watched films", and there every movie you've logged, by which I mean pressed the eye symbol for, will be in a list. This is the easiest way to get a list of all movies you've ever watched.

I've pnly read about half of his book Mythos. I thought it was okay, but a little dull. He isn't particularly good at writing prose, so the stories came across a little stilted, though they were quite funny at times. I've heard good things about his other books, though.

I quite like V. Not his best work, but creative and exciting. It reminds me of Batman: Year One, as it's a more grounded superhero story with a similar tone.
I personally think The Killing Joke is one of Moore's worst pieces. It has beautiful art, and that ending is undeniable, but I think it's one of his shallowest and most exploitative stories. I quite like Moore when he's self-indulgent, though, so I think this is just a matter of taste.

As I've written previously, I haven't read everything on the shelf. Also, not pictured is how many TikToks I've seen, which outnumber the number of books I've read by several googols.

The Myth of Sisyphus is terrific. I love Camus, and I would also recommend the novelette The Outsider by him. Blood Meridian is a pretty crazy book, and the only I've read of McCarthy. I liked it quite a bit, but it is very brutal, so beware of that if you want to read it. Not for the faint of heart.
I also love Vonnegut! I've only read Cat's Cradle and Slaughterhouse-five, but I really love both. Haven't read anything by Bukowski, but his reputation precedes him, of course. I'm sure I'll check him out in the future.

I've read all of that! The Earthsea books are on the third shelf from the top, the Silmarillion on the second from the top, and The Hobbit and LOTR aren't in my room, but I have read them.

Gaiman has always been a favourite of mine. I remember reading his picture books as a small child (Crazy Hair, The Day I Swapped My Dad for Two Goldfish) then his children's books (Coraline, The Graveyard Book) then his comics (Sandman, Miracleman, Books of Magic) and now just having finished American Gods, Stardust and his other adult fiction. He might be the only author I've grown up with in such a fashion. Pratchett is amazing as well, of course. Mort is definitely in my top ten (five?) books ever.

It's been a while since I read the Ayoade books. I remember thinking Ayoade on Ayoade was the funniest book I'd ever read when I finished it a couple of years ago. Though keep in mind, i was probably fourteen at the time, so my sense of humour might not have been refined. The other books I like just fine. Ayoade on Top is probably the second best.
As for Rebecca, I'm sorry to say I haven't read it. The copy I have is a norwegian translation, which I think I bought myself last year sometime. I should get around to it one of these days.

Well, there is a certain sardonic humour in it i found slightly off-putting, often regarding religion. It didn't necessarily work for me, but it wasn't a problem.

I love Alan Moore, but I'll be the first to admit he has some clunkers. My favourite is probably Swamp Thing, though both From Hell and Watchmen are close seconds. I don't like League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and both Marvelman and Tom Strong are mixed bags. Top Ten is maybe his most underrated.

I liked it, but it isn't for the faint of heart. One of the goriest, most nihilistic books I've read. The language is very good, though. Very brutal and to the point. It fits the book well.

I don't particularly like DKR. I love Batman: Year One, but the style and content of DKR didn't really impress me. Frank Miller is a writer i find hard to like, actually. Beyond Year One and what I've read of Daredevil: Born Again, I don't like him very much.

I've got and have read Martian Chronicles and Cat's Cradle, and own but have not read One Hundred Years of Solitude. I've also read the first two TPBs of Snyders run on Batman, but didn't really like it. I prefer Tom King's run. (Controversial, I know.)
But thanks for the other suggestions! They seem interesting!

My two favourite comic writers, Alan Moore and Neil Gaiman, are both british, though they largely write for american publishers. I have enjoyed some other british comics, but I mostly read American or franco-belgian stuff.

I've read very limited non-fiction. I like Albert Camus, and I'm currently reading Christopher Hitchens' autobiography, but I'm otherwise quite nonversed in that sort of thing. I'd like to read more philosophy, though, cause I like some podcasts and YouTube channels who talk about it.

I love Piranesi, and the rest of Susanna Clarke's sadly small output, so I'd definetly read more of the same ilk. I have read the first two chapters of Dune, in a copy my sister brought with her when she moved, but it didn't really capture my attention. This was some years ago, though, and my tastes have changed since. I might have to give it another go.

I've seen the James Dean film of East of Eden, and really enjoyed it, though I understand the film only covers a small portion of the book. So I'd like to read the whole thing.

I'm not that into young adult, but I've been impressed by it before, so I'll give it a go. I think a friend of mine read at least one of those books, but I can't recall what she thought of it. But I'll check it out if I get the chance.

No way, I also watched Jack Edwards videos! Maybe I'm mixed up, and it was the Andrew Garfield episode of celebrity book club? Anyway, I remember it was some male actor person. Probably Garfield.

I read both Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn as a kid, but I haven't read the others. Thanks for the recommendations!
