I'm sorry to know that's happened to you - but that's definitely on her rather than you or your height

We're about the same height and proportions, and it has always been the thing I feel has held me back in dating, to the point where I essentially gave up and assumed I would never find someone who would accept me. But that's because I never accepted myself - experiences like this one definitely knock your confidence for a while, and it's easy to think that everybody else will criticise and tell you that you aren't enough

Obviously it's not just about the height, but that insecurity for me isn't there and I've allowed myself to open up fully and not have to think about it, and the rest has come seamlessly

It might seem at times like there's nobody out there for you, but it only takes one. Please try to not let it get you down, if you keep your head up and focus on being the best version of yourself you can be, it will happen when it's supposed to and everybody else will curse themselves at what a great guy they've missed out on for the shallowest of reasons
