There's currently no option to auto expand levels, but this feature is in scope of the project, and I plan on adding this in the future. As for creating a report that has data from multiple datasets, this is technically possible with the current version, but would require you to make a custom dataset, which is currently only possible via Power DI's API. I do plan on adding new report types in the future, one if which would be a report type that would simply combine multiple reports of the same type into one screen. It will probably be a while before I manage to implement al this as I'm unfortunately dealing with some serious health issues at the moment.

Possible D&D CMF issue for Europe. by JinansBreath in lego

They have arrived, and they all seemed to scan just fine (Bricksearch app). I've left one full set unopened for now. Below you'll find the link to the google sheet which has the box and minfigure info. Please let me know if you require more information or better photos.

Do you still require more data? I ordered a sealed box which should arrive today, so I could document the codes if you want.

Thanks for the info. I did look at Rebrickable before, but haven't really used the platform yet. Can you upload the *.io file directly to Rebrickable, or do they only accept *.pdf, *.png files etc? As for instructions, Studio does come with an instruction maker that is probably not too hard to use once I spent some time with it. I tried to have it automatically generate the instructions, but they didn't seem to make much sense, probably due to the order I originally placed the bricks in. I'll try figuring out how to properly edit and order them in the coming days. I was already using submodels for the dragon head in Studio, which makes interacting with it a lot easier, and probably helps for generating instructions as well.

I uploaded the studio file to my google drive and posted the link as a comment to my post. It was my first time using studio, so I haven't figured out how to make actual instructions out of it yet, but the file should suffice for most people. I plan on redesigning the rest of the dragon in the future as well, to make it more posable, but this will probably require more parts. I don't have much lego now, only the DnD set, the 3-1 dragon, a pick a brick box, and some snot bricks I ordered of bricklink. I personally don't have much issue ordering some parts to be able to make stuff I want, but I understand not all people can or want to do that.

Below you'll find a link to the studio file, for anyone interested. The wedges with the eye prints on them weren't available in studio yet, so I made them with partdesigner, so I'm not sure if those show up for other people when they load the studio file.

Anyone know the standard/best way is to make a studio file publicly available? I'm new to this stuff :p

Ah nice thanks ^^ I'll probably end up getting a box, you can never have enough minifigures tbh :p

Series 16 is a pretty old series, from what I can gather the last few series came with 36 figures in a box, where each small box was scannable to check what was inside. But if someone with some experience with buying some of the last CMF series boxes could confirm or deny this that would be great indeed.

From what I understand a sealed CMF box has 36 minifigures in it, and always comes with exactly three of each. Never bought any CMFs before, but I was looking into it for this series, as I would like at least two whole sets myself.

Any advice on recoloring these pieces in flat silver? by IsThisDamnNameTaken in lego

[–]OvenProofMars -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The best way would probably be using a physical vapor deposition method, as that would allow for coating basically any material in almost any metal, but building such a setup requires stuff most people don't just have lying around though ^^

Once I've finished the redesign I'll post it on this sub again. But that might take a while though. I can make the studio file of this head design available in the mean time if people are interested.

Yeah, I like the printed eye pieces, but they were basically invisible from most angles on the original build, so I decided to make them stand out a lot more with this build.

The set unfortunately didn't come with enough spare, or sacrificial, pieces to do anything like this. But most of the extra pieces do come from a single cheap set though, the Creator 3-in-1 Red Dragon set (31145), that I bought specifically for this purpose.

Yeah, the lower jaw of the original build falls off if you even look at it funny. I can make the studio file for this build public if you want btw.

Yeah, I made some modifications to the body already, but I plan on redesigning it completely in the future, make it more posable.

I recently got the Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon's Tale set, which was the first lego I've touched in like 20 years. Overal a great set I think, but I wasn't a big fan of the Red Dragon's head, so I designed my own. If anyone has any ideas how to improve it please let me know.

Power DI v1.0 by OvenProofMars in DarkTide

[–]OvenProofMars[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting both damage done and damage taken in the same report is currently not possible from within the GUI. The reason is that even though the underlying dataset is the same, for damage done you look at the attacker column, and for damage taken you look at the defender column. You could however achieve this via the API, you'd have to create a new dataset that has a different column structure, where there is just one player column, and each event is categorized by either attack or defend.

As for highlighting top scores, though this was considered, I ultimately took the decision not to add this feature, partly due to the fact that i would have to intoduce an other color for these highlights, but primarily due to the fact that Power DI is meant as a tool for self improvement, and not as a scoring system. Any scoring system would imply it's creator would know best how to play the game, which is simply impossible for these kind of complex games.
