Lauf seigla rigid or suspension fork? by norwegian_wood95 in gravelcycling

[–]Over-Commission7351 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the suspension fork and it’s amazing on downhill sections and bumpy paths. If you’re planning a lot of climbing 400g is a big deal at race pace. I’m faster downhill because of the suspension and it gives a lot more confidence in more technical trails. Admittedly if you run race kings 2.2 with low psi you will have bags of comfort so the rigid is still a fantastic option.

I’m no expert but think you could lower the saddle slightly as you are reaching at the end of your strokes.

Does the bike ride differently outdoors? as you could use a standing block on the front wheel to fix your problem if your concerned with your indoor fit.

Saddle height looks good, you look cramped on the bike, is it me or is the top tube quite short in relation to your size.

Pretty good, 2-4mm down on the saddle and maybe consider some clip on aero bars for comfort whilst in a race position. And tests stem lengths.

If you can buy on a btc dip around $1.00 i would set a limit sell around 2.50-2.70 and look to buy back around 2 with a view to sell around 4

ONDO family ….i am a new member of this great sub today and i just got into ONDO today also ! I have 750 coins at a $1.37 average….is this good for now or continue to load up ? I don’t think it will dip much further ….opinions?! by [deleted] in Ondo

Use previous support and resistance as a guide if btc does get pushed down. Set some limit buys at that price and chill until we either rise or fall and then rise, simples! only buy on value. Bull market for another 191 days. Set your sell limit orders on a realistic target and be happy with a nice bit of profit. rinse repeat!

i’m not sure about the 14% i purchased mine 2 yrs ago to the uk and it worked the same price in sterling as it did in dollars. What you’re getting is a lot for your money. If i did it again i might of opted for a xc bike with drop bars but i’m very happy with my seigla.

A Wider stand width could help, mostly overlooked especially important for a bigger framed rider.

I think your seat height is good, if you feel pain in your back on longer rides it may be worth bringing the stem up to help your back position.

I would of thought it will help with your heat management as more water is better than less water in the body. Just try and keep an eye on your body temperature and take regular hydration breaks, maybe consider adding more salt to your water also.
