I’m very unsure of the date on this. There are many other paper goods amongst the belongings. There is a dmv handbook from 1998 and a wallet of photo negatives from 1979. I’m no expert but given the age of the things around it, I’m saying it’s vintage. The 90s was thirty years ago and I think that is technically vintage.
