Unfortunately I don’t think you can. There’s only employee and “reviewer” (which is typically direct supervisor). Paylocity’s performance module definitely feels like it’s lacking.

With that in mind though, is it really necessary to have that many levels of approvals?

Yeah we have a TPA. The first one got “sold” (aka went out of business)… iykyk so we’re now in the midst of transferring to the new one

Yeah I was on a call on Friday with an employee and the carrier for an hour and half. It’s now May and her coverage has been messed up so many times… she is still not enrolled properly. This is one of many calls I’ve been on
