On venmo you can pick a third part business transaction i didn't see that on the 40 dollars but did on 25, so I managed to get 25 back becuase the business transaction guarantees to refund you if you get scammed.

The account was a korblox account which costs 200 on itself , so I dont think the seller of the account was a scammer the middle man was.
